Sales Training
The sales training is comprised of:

  • Five (5) Residential Sales Consultant classes each year.
    • Two week class focused on technical and sales to better position the RSC for success in their market.
  • Two (2) Commercial Account Manager classes annually.
    • Two week class focused on technical and sales to better equip the RSC for success in their region.
  • Two (2) different sales programs offered for General Managers biannually, totaling four-and-a-half training days, focusing on sales culture and everyday sales operation.

Technical Training
The technical training for technicians contains:

  • HVAC tune-up procedural training twice a year
  • Heat exchanger and CO inspection annually
  • Technical communication and ‘build-a-tech’ semiannually
  • Ongoing NATE certification and specialty programs on demand

Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning is investing in further training through the launch of a Learning Management System, to drive assigned and ad hoc programs to better provide education to our technical personnel.

Miscellaneous Training

  • Semiannually, conduct Operational Excellence for General Managers, to give support, tools, and structure for running a business from the P&L aspect.

Customer Service Specialist

  • Three (3) times a year, conduct outbound calling through a one (1) day class. In this course we cover heating and cooling industry basics, why people buy, calling procedures, scripts, customer purchasing signals, and overcoming customer grievances.

Dispatcher

  • No formal classes provided. On the job training conducted by the General Manager and relevant staff at center level.
