I returned from Florida and found that I had no heat. I left a message with my usual HVAC person and didn't get a return call. My husband had used Chief Bauer before, so I called them. The response was quick, the service was great, and I was impressed! Scott did a wonderful job of explaining what needed to be done, and he returned the next day with the part. Yay! (I have an upstairs furnace, so there was no need for immediate service.)

Chris and Scott did a great job fixing my leaky toilet. My HVAC, which is a Cthulhu monster of pipes, was blocking it, but they were able to get through the impenetrable fortress it to fix the problem. Thanks!
