Two week class focused on technical and sales to better position the RSC for success in their market. Two (2) Commercial Account Manager classes annually. Two week class focused on technical and sales to better equip the RSC for success in their region. Two (2) different sales programs offered for General Managers biannually, totaling four-and-a-half training days, focusing on sales culture and everyday sales operation. Technical Training The technical training for technicians contains: HVAC tune-up procedural training twice a year Heat exchanger and CO inspection annually Technical communication and ‘build-a-tech’ semiannually Ongoing NATE certification and specialty programs on demand Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning is investing in further training through the launch of a Learning Management System, to drive assigned and ad hoc programs to better provide education to our technical personnel. Miscellaneous Training Semiannually, conduct Operational Excellence for General Managers, to give support, tools, and structure for running a business from the P&L aspect. Customer Service Specialist Three (3) times a year, conduct outbound calling through a one (1) day class. In this course we cover heating and cooling industry basics, why people buy, calling procedures, scripts, customer purchasing signals, and overcoming customer grievances. Dispatcher No formal classes provided. On the job training conducted by the General Manager and relevant staff at center level.
