My husband said He felt like they were in a hurry and didn't want to be there just looking over our thermostat manual but kept saying "It's less than a year old." They took the panel off the front of the furnace and told my husband to "watch for a red light blinking." The next day suggested by a friend - we changed the thermostat and didn't have a single issue since. While I'm frustrated with this recent visit I haven't had a visit like this before. All the other visits have been nice, quick and easy. They have always got the job done. Along with Debbie a representative who took very good care of this situation we are going to continue with chief bauer and give them another chance in hopes this all won't happen again."

However, despite the company's advertising that they could service home well systems he was ultimately unable to prime the system and get water flowing after installation and I was forced to pay an additional $220 from a local Well Drilling company prime the pump to get water flowing. While speaking with the Well company I learned that: the system quoted and installed was over-sized (the pressure tank), likely over-priced by some hundreds of dollars, and that no documentation was provided on the pressure tank nor was there mention of the multi-year warranty for the tank."
